Beyond Cares provides disaster relief and/or emergency hardship assistance to employees of Beyond and neighbors who experience a qualifying financial hardship for reasons beyond their control, and as a result need immediate assistance.
Beyond was established in 2017 by businessman and philanthropist Robert O. Carr. A company with corporate responsibility in its DNA, Beyond has made the public charity, Give Something Back, a non-profit Mr. Carr created in 2003, a founding partner of Beyond. Give Back provides scholarships and mentoring to students who have faced hardship.
Beyond staff is comprised of sales representatives and corporate employees across the United States. This foundation allows an opportunity for employees to contribute to a fund that co-workers may apply to for financial assistance due to unexpected circumstances such as illness or community based need.
